Bill and Meredith Tarbell
A Donor Story

Bill and Meredith Tarbell have devoted much of their lives to serving others. They have shared so many of their blessings with individuals and organizations both near and far. Their gifts of time and talent are invaluable to those affected by their decades of love and service in His name, as are their gifts of treasure. This year, the Tarbells found a way to continue their legacy and celebrate their family, even in a time of sadness. Meredith and Bill chose to support Benevolent Care at Homewood at Plum Creek through a Charitable Gift Annuity, made possible by an inheritance that they received. This generous act will keep the memory of a loved one and the love of their family ever-present, while helping generations to come.
“We are blessed with a large family,” Bill and Meredith said. “After we moved to Homewood nine years ago, we became blessed with a large family of friends. Soon we learned of the Homewood Foundation and the wonderful work it was doing for those less fortunate than us. It then became one of our favorite charities and we started an annual contribution. Last year, we inherited some money which we shared with our family and our church. We also decided that since we had now witnessed the wonderful work of the Homewood Foundation we would share with it also.”
